What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (anything within 24 hours of the appointment), the card on file will be charged 50% of the service price(s). If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide you the scheduled service; we will need to reschedule your appointment and will be considered a last-minute cancellation. If we must downgrade your service to fit the scheduled appointment, I will still be charging you for the original booking.

Why do you require a credit card to hold an appointment?
I want to make sure I can earn a livable wage and when cancellations and no-shows occur, that takes money out of my pocket. Especially if it is last minute and I'm unable to fill your spot. In this industry, everything is about time and commitment, and I need to know my clients will show theirs. This card can be used at checkout if you prefer.
Guarantee Policy
I stand behind my work and want to ensure that you can enjoy your service for as long as possible. I guarantee the following (*excludes polish changes)*:
Regular polish - 3 days
Gel polish - 7 days
Nail enhancements - 10 days

I accept all major credit cards. I do not accept checks.
How to prepare for appointment
If it's your first visit, please show up 5 mins earlier than your scheduled service so we can get some notes in your profile.
